From the very first moment Linda and I met both of you, it felt like a divine intervention which grew into a friendship. I never realized what was forthcoming from the inception period back in 2003 to the present. At first when we went out to search for homes, you and Jesse had a variety to pick and choose from. One home being nicer than the next. Although we were not quite ready to accept any for the reason of selling our home back in New York. The Kearney Team consistently stayed in touch to see how things were moving along, for the length of time it took to sell our home, which lasted almost 1.5 years to sell and complete the transaction. Both of you never gave up on saying hello and keeping a potential sale alive. Truly I do not know of any real estate broker that would have done just that. Well as much as I will admit, Linda and I did not know if Florida was going to be a plus or minus in considering a move out of state. We finally decided to check back with you and make a second attempt. As always one phone call does it all, and The Kearney Team went into action. Your abilities in the real estate market surpasses all that I have seen, upon which at this point in juncture we have built a solid friendship that is everlasting.
